WJSN member Yeonjung has completed her activities in the ‘Debut’s Plan,’ where she was perfect until the end.
Yeonjung concluded her journey on Starship Entertainment’s upcoming boy group debut survival project ‘Debut’s Plan,’ which has been broadcast since March 14th, with the final debut evaluation on the 4th.
Yeonjung participated as an artist team trainer in the ‘Debut’s Plan’ board of directors, leading the growth of the debut preparation trainees ‘NewKids’ each time. With a warm and delicate gaze, she found hidden strengths in the trainees and served as a compass-like presence, providing cold feedback to help them find the right direction.
In particular, she had a significant impact on improving the vocal abilities of ‘NewKids.’ She directly showed trainees who had difficulty with vocalization more effective ways to produce sound, and passed on the know-how she uses on stage, becoming a reliable ‘Sunshine Trainer’ not only for ‘NewKids’ but also for fans through enthusiastic training sessions.
As a trainer who watched over ‘NewKids’ more closely than anyone else, she personally went to encourage and support the trainees during the guidance process for the ‘Final Song’ for the final debut evaluation. During the evaluation process, she moved many with perfect evaluations that supported the efforts and growth of all trainees, earning her the titles of ‘Emotion Bot,’ ‘Praise Bot,’ and ‘Comfort Bot’ in ‘Debut’s Plan,’ showcasing her perfect trainer qualities until the end.
Through her agency, Yeonjung expressed her thoughts, saying, “The end of ‘Debut’s Plan’ was unbelievably meaningful and happy. When I first started as a trainer, I wondered how I could be more helpful to the trainee friends. Seeing friends who found their own ways and grew little by little made me very proud, and I became even more immersed and devoted. It must not have been easy all this time, but I want to say thank you to all the NewKids who followed along well, and I want to send my support to the ‘IDID’ members who will fly even higher in the future.”
On that day, WJSN’s Yeoreum and Dayoung were also present. Yeoreum commented on the group name ‘IDID,’ saying, “It feels like a positive feeling of ‘succeeded,’ which seems to go well with NewKids. I hope the team can show positive energy with that name.” Dayoung, who had participated in the semi-final debut evaluation, also carefully watched the stage and showed sincere support.
Meanwhile, Yeonjung is scheduled to play the role of ‘Memoria’ in the musical ‘Frida,’ which will open on June 17th.
