Actor Hong Hwa-yeon has announced a splendid comeback with “Your Taste.” Hong Hwa-yeon, who gained attention through “Treasure Island,” will appear in the Genie TV original series “Your Taste,” which will be released on May 12th. The drama depicts a growth romance between a chaebol heir who becomes a “recipe hunter” to inherit a food company by acquiring and merging a small restaurant, and a chef running a one-table restaurant without a signboard in Jeonju. Hong Hwa-yeon will portray the role of the charismatic star chef Jang Young-hye, showcasing a unique charm. Additionally, “Your Taste” has been officially invited to the 26th Jeonju International Film Festival, where episodes 1 and 2 will be specially screened for the first time during the festival period. It is expected that Hong Hwa-yeon will attract attention by attending the festival, engaging in conversations with the audience, and participating in outdoor stage greetings. Hong Hwa-yeon revealed that she chose “Your Taste” through an audition while filming “Treasure Island,” feeling attracted to the opportunity to explore new stories and characters through this project.
