Jennie Donates Another 100 Million Won to Seoul National UnIVErsity Medical School… Practicing Social Responsibility Beyond Music
Jennie, a member of BLACKPINK and a solo artist, once again demonstrated her positIVE influence by donating 100 million won to Seoul National UnIVErsity Medical School’s development fund.
The Seoul National UnIVErsity Medical School Development Support Committee announced on the 30th that “Jennie decided to donate to support the cultivation of talents who can contribute to the world through medicine.”
This donation holds a significance beyond simple sponsorship.
Seoul National UnIVErsity Medical School plans to nurture future medical leaders and focus on improving educational and research environments based on this fund.
Dean Kim Jung-eun expressed gratitude, saying, “Jennie’s donation is a precious sharing imbued with empathy and consideration,” and added, “We will help students grow into medical professionals who meet the expectations of the nation.”
Jennie had previously donated the same amount to Seoul National UnIVErsity Medical School through her own agency, OA Entertainment, last year.
