‘World of SWOOP’, expanded to a 5-country national competition… Honey J is the leader of the league.

The ‘World of SwuPa’ has expanded to a 5-country national competition, with Honey J selected as the leader of BUMSUP. Mnet’s flagship dance competition program ‘Street Woman Fighter’ has moved onto the global stage. The first episode of ‘World of Street Woman Fighter,’ which aired on May 27th, features a national competition format with the participation of 5 countries including Korea, the United States, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia, heralding a new horizon for dance battles. The biggest feature of this season is the departure from a single-country-centric survival structure, allowing elite dancers from each country to compete on one stage. Representing Korea, ‘BUMSUP’ is a crew formed by leaders who led Season 1, possessing both skills and popularity. Honey J was selected as the leader based on the production team’s recommendation, while Monica continues to attract attention by continuing her activities after giving birth. ‘World of SwuPa’ is expected to become a cultural exchange platform connecting the global dance scene beyond simple competition. In addition to BUMSUP, representatIVE crews from the United States, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia are set to make appearances, and their performances and collaborations are anticipated to be another highlight of the season. ‘World of Street Woman Fighter’ airs every Monday night at 10 p.m. on Mnet, depicting the challenge of Korea’s representatIVE crews towards the global stage amidst the anticipation of dance fans.
