MONSTA X’s Hyungwon will take on the role of the sole MC at the ‘Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2025’ (ASEA 2025) to be held in Yokohama, Japan. The ASEA organizing committee announced on the 21st that Hyungwon will host the second day of the ASEA awards ceremony on May 29th, meeting with fans from across Asia. Hyungwon completed his actIVE duty in the army on the 13th and was discharged before his mandatory service period ended. Following his military service, he will officially return to the stage at ASEA 2025, embarking on a new challenge as a singer and entertainer in his 10th year since debut. MONSTA X is set to hold their 10th-annIVErsary concert ‘CONNECT X’ at the KSPO Dome in Seoul Olympic Park in July, reuniting with fans as a full group.
