Former DIA member and singer Ahn Somi has filed a lawsuit against the source of malicious rumors. Ahn Somi’s agency, Modern Berry Korea, stated on the 6th that all the claims made by an anonymous user on an online community called DC Inside, such as ‘Tenpro madam’ and ‘Tours Dohoon sponsorship rumors’, are completely false and constitute clear defamation and infringement of personality rights. The agency plans to file a lawsuit through legal representatives, as the rumors not only damage Ahn Somi’s reputation but also that of third parties involved, and they are prepared to take strong legal action. The rumors alleged that Ahn Somi was a madam at the high-end entertainment venue Tenpro and that she financially sponsored former Tours member Dohoon. The agency clarified that these claims are malicious fabrications and, although the posts have been deleted, they have received numerous pieces of evidence from netizens. The agency emphasized that they will continue to take strong legal measures to protect the artists without leniency towards such rumors.
