(G)I-DLE has unveiled the poster for their new mini 8th album ‘We are,’ signaling a fresh start with the story of “us.” Their agency, Cube Entertainment, released the poster for the mini 8th album ‘We are’ through (G)I-DLE’s official SNS channels on the 6th. The unique design features symbols representing the members on a simple white background, forming the letters ‘We are,’ capturing attention. The symbol, formed by five i’s coming together to create a star shape, symbolizes the five unique members of (G)I-DLE coming together as one unified group. This symbol intertwining to form the album title ‘We are’ adds further meaning. ‘(G)I-DLE’s mini 8th album ‘We are’ is their first release in about 10 months since their mini 7th album ‘I Trust’ last year. Since their debut in 2018 with the mini 1st album ‘I am,’ (G)I-DLE has presented the I series. While the I series emphasized each member’s individuality, ‘We are’ carries a message of the five members being born as a stronger team together.
