Member Beomgyu of TOMORROW X TOGETHER (hereinafter TXT) will release his first solo mixtape ‘Panic’ on the 27th at 6 p.m. ‘Panic’ is a self-composed song that captures Beomgyu’s musical color and story, based on a rock band sound. On the 24th at midnight, Beomgyu unveiled a digital cover image on the global superfan platform Weverse, hinting at the sentimental atmosphere of ‘Panic.’ The illustration of a dandelion freely fluttering evokes warm emotions. Beomgyu shared his feelings about releasing a solo song by posting a handwritten message on Weverse on the 23rd. He expressed, “I feel like many people have lost their way, living day by day with a sense of suffocation as if walking through a long tunnel. There were days when such darkness clouded over me, and I endured those times by listening to my favorite music.” ‘Panic’ is a self-composed song newly presented by Beomgyu, who has been actively participating in songwriting for TXT (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai). Starting with co-producing the track ‘Maze in the Mirror’ from TXT’s second mini-album ‘The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY’ released in 2020, Beomgyu has consistently worked on songwriting.
